U.S. Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

Orders before 11am EST in most cases will be sent out the same day.

Orders placed after 11am EST will ship out on the following business day.

Orders placed on weekend days or holidays will be shipped on the following business day.

Domestic Orders

If it's on the shelf, you'll have your package via USPS 2-5 Days.

International Orders

6-10 average for International Orders.

FedEx does not count weekends or the day your order ships towards shipping time.

If your order ships on Monday it will be delivered on Wednesday. If your order is shipped Thursday it will be delivered Monday.

If you're having issues with your delivery, or your order shows delivered and you have not received your package, please notify Support with our Contact page.

Lost orders will be reshipped. Stolen packages require an online police report.

If you choose to have a refund issued rather than a reshipment your shipping will not be refunded.

Reshipments will be shipped with our FREE shipping method.

If you live locally, or happen to be in the area, feel free to stop by our office and pick up your order.

Any styles/colors that are labeled as “out of stock” will have a form to be notified when items are back in stock. Items without a notify form have been discontinued.

Returns/Refunds

We allow 30 days for returns/exchanges from time of arrival. Your happiness is our priority here at KDEAM Optics which is why we back our products 100%! If you have a problem, we will do whatever it takes to resolve it! Just reach out through our Contact page and our team will take care of you. We've got you covered! Exchanges

For exchanges, please determine the item you would like to exchange with and contact us with all the information.

On average, your return/exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days of being received. Typically, it takes an additional 2-5 business days for refunds to post to your bank (returns only).

All KDEAM sunglasses come with a 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you're 100% not satisfied please contact us. This includes all manufacture defects including, but not limited to: broken hinges, lens blemishes or peeling, loose or bent nose pieces, breaking or defective arms, frame cracking, etc.

Our 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee also applies to all Gear products. Again, contact us if you are not completely satisfied.

Yes. However, applicable duties, fees, and taxes may apply.

When this happens, your order will be shipped back to KDEAM, and once received, the cost of the glasses can be refunded, or if you would like them reshipped, the new postage cost will be applied and invoiced. Please contact us to resolve the issue.

We offer many ways to pay for your order including: Credit/Debit Cards, ShopPay, PayPal, Venmo, Google Pay, Meta Pay, Sezzle and Klarna.

Klarna, Sezzle and Shop Pay offer installment plans to buy now and pay later during your checkout process. For more information please refer to our Pay Later page.

Please contact us with your information. We may reach back out to you and request that you provide a picture of your packing slip and the itemw received in their original packaging. We're here to help and will ensure your issue gets resolved.

Digital Gift Cards can be redeemed in the checkout process. Gift cards can be combined with discount codes.

Product & Sizing

Ensure when not wearing your sunglasses, they are stored in their protective pouch to avoid scratches and dust. Hard cases are a great solution.

Clean your sunglasses to remove harmful dirt, oils and elements. We recommend using a neutral cleaner or diluted liquid dish soap solution and gently patting dry with clean soft cloth or sunglass bag to keep them spiffy.

Treat them right and they'll last!

Polarized sunglasses are coated with a chemical filter that reduces glare and eye strain. They may look darker when you look through them, but polarization actually enhances color and clarity of everything you see through the lenses, improving your vision and safety in the sun.

UV 400 provide nearly 100% protection from harmful ultraviolet light rays, blocking wavelengths up to 400 nanometers, including UVA and UVB rays. Ultraviolet, or UV, rays are electromagnetic radiation from the sun.

International

We currently ship to most international countries. Your country can be found in the dropdown menu at checkout.

KDEAM does not charge additional fees for international orders, however, orders will be subjected to pay international duties & taxes for their respective countries. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for specifics for your country.

Please note: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.

We cannot control and are not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance.

If your package is at your country’s customs department, unfortunately, we cannot provide an estimated time for how long it will take them to process your package. There are packages that make it through customs inspections within a few days while other times they take a few weeks. However once it clears customs, then it usually only takes 2-3 days for your local post office to deliver it.

At this time, KDEAM is not able to process international returns.
